What do we need?

1-      2 Forms of ID (Driver’s License and Social Security Card or Tax ID)

2-      1 Money Order for $30 per adult payable to Imperial Crown Apts. (Married couple $50)

3-      3 Last paystubs. If present job is less than 1 year 3 pay stubs from previous job.

Our Requirements:

1-      1 year of stable employment

2-      1 year of good rental history

3-      Credit and Criminal Background Check

4-      No Evictions or Broken Leases

5-      Income requirements: future tenants’ income combined should be at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Co-Signer Requirements:

1-      $2,500.00 Gross monthly income.

2-      No judgment or collections at all.

3-      No broken lease or evictions.
